Since it is so important to focus on the best quality items that will support your system, I have put together a list of my favorites. There are so many factors that we cannot control in this world, but we can choose what we put on and in our body. Here are some of my curated favorites that I have put together. Clean Food – I typically order most of my food from Thrive Market – it is similar to a discounted Whole foods delivery. You can even shop by food sensitivity – gluten free, dairy free, low FODMAP, keto, paleo and more. It really makes things simple and saves money. I buy my grass-fed meat and pasture raised from Butcher Box and Vital Choice for seafood. My favorite gluten free bread is SRSLY. Clean Supplements – I am a stickler for pure quality supplements – my go to’s are: Cellcore Biosciences, Bioptimizers Magnesium, Now Alchemy, Cymbiotika, Ancestral Supplements, Beekeeper’s for all things bee & propolis related, and Designs for Health. Genexa is my go-to brand for homeopathics and clean remedies that do not have dyes or fillers. Otherwise, you can always order from my dispensary on Fullscript, an entire catalog of over 22,000 products or my comprehensive online store. Detox Tools – to accelerate the process: Therasage heat pads and portable saunas, Clearlight saunas, Mito Red Light Therapy, and Healy microcurrent device. I use my True Dark glasses for reducing blue light. Clean Coffee & Tea – I am a huge matcha fan (I even wrote my doctoral thesis on its benefits), I love Pique and Club Magic Hour for delicious, clean tea and beverages. If you’re a coffee drinker, then I highly suggest Purity Coffee – they screen for pesticides and mold toxins (which you know I want to make sure you are limiting, especially in a beverage consumed daily). Clean Personal Care & Make-up – my go to line for this is Primally Pure – they have the best deodorant, body oil, body butter and facial oils and masks. I also really love May Lindstrom’s skincare line. For clean make-up I have loved Ilia, RMS, Jane Iredale and W3ll People for many years. Clean Water – It might not be something that you are familiar with, but distilled water is the purest form of clean water available. My Pure Water is the best manufacturer in the USA, and the water it produces is hands down the best tasting water I have ever had. I use a Jolie Shower filter that I love. Clean Air & Home – My go to air filter is Austin Air Allergy Machines. Their machines are the best for mycotoxins, viruses, allergens and their filters last up to five years, so they are also more economical as well. The EMF device for the home that I use is the Somavedic. I love the Harmoni pendant by Therasage.
